As a general rule, full support of your expenses includes:
1) Economy return flight from your residence to Sydney
2) Up to 4 nights accommodation at the Hilton in Sydney (AU$240/night, breakfast not included), which will be paid for in advance by the workshop organizers. Reservations for the total duration of your stay, as indicated on your registration form, will be made by us and you will receive a confirmation of your reservation from the Hilton.
3) AU$200 for meals that are not sponsored by the Workshop, and for other expenses.
Note that during the Workshop, lunches, tea breaks and one dinner on Friday night (5 October) are sponsored.
For your reimbursements, make sure you save your flight itinerary, ticket stubs (indicating the airfare) and send them to

The Workshop will host a dinner for participants on Friday night (5 October) at 7.00pm at the restaurant Casa di Nico, 42/48 The Promenade King Street Wharf, Sydney
(www.casadinico.com.au), within walking distance from the Hilton Hotel.
All participants must complete the survey at: http://wcrp.ipsl.jussieu.fr/IPCCSurvey.html.
The results of the survey will provide crucial input to the Workshop.
